5. Subscription Terms, Payment and Cancellation

 

YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS CLOSELY BEFORE YOU SUBSCRIBE FOR Crimsonmind SERVICE.

 

·        Current subscription rates are available on the Register for Services page.

 

·        During the free-trial portion (14 days) of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time and not be billed by simply canceling your subscription using PayPal.

 

·        Upon the expiration of your free trial, you will be billed the applicable subscription fee and your paid subscription will commence. If you are a monthly subscriber, you will not receive a refund or reimbursement of your subscription fee after your free trial period has ended.

 

·        You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds or credits issued for partially used or canceled subscriptions. In order to cancel your subscription, you just need to go through the following steps. Login to your account at CrimsonMind.com. Once logged in, click the "My Account" link also in the top left corner. You should then see an option to cancel your subscription.  After clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button, you will be taken to your PayPal account where you must manually cancel the subscription. Note that you are responsible for managing your own subscription, and you are able to cancel at any time without notifying or otherwise requiring action by us. If you intend to cancel your subscription but fail to do so prior to your next billing date, you consent and agree that no refund will be forthcoming.

 

 

·        We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and use of the Service at any time for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement of these Terms of Service.

6. Automatic Subscription Renewal

YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS CLOSELY BEFORE YOU SUBSCRIBE FOR Crimsonmind SERVICE.

Your subscription will renew automatically according to the payment plan you selected and authorized at the time of purchase, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the billing date. If you do not cancel your subscription prior to your billing date, the then-applicable monthly fee for your subscription will be billed automatically to your account/the credit card you designated during the registration process.
